Daily Tasks Shared Living (0115

Daily Tasks Shared Living is provided to the NDIS participants in a shared living arrangement. Our qualified staff assists and supervises the routine tasks performed by the individuals on a daily basis according to each participant’s care plan and helps them develop the necessary skills required to live an autonomous life where possible. This provision helps the participants with complex needs to work on their skills, perform their daily tasks safely, and stay in a comfortable environment whilst living as autonomously as possible.

Hosanna Care Support is committed to supporting individuals with complex needs and providing extensive care through person centred active support while in a shared living accommodations/home.

Group Centre Based Activities (0136)

We know it is essential to be able to engage in the community, and in social & recreational activities. As a part of the Group/Centre Based Activities, we encourage and assist individual/s under the NDIS support plan to participate in group-based centre activities or community activities,

and be a part of recreational and social activities at a centre. Whilst we develop a sense of group based participation amongst the members, we also ensure a safe and sound environment.

Household Tasks (0120)

The household tasks that require extensive support, and are difficult to be managed by the participants alone are performed by us at Hosanna Care Support.

As your NDIS provider, we assist you with all the household tasks which include but are not limited to laundry, dishwashing, meal preparation, showering and grooming, garden maintenance and general cleaning.

Participate Community (0125)

This provision under the care we offer allows the people with disabilities to look up to improved wellbeing outcomes. We encourage and assist our participants to participate in the community by developing skills that make them independent and keeps them safe simultaneously while in the community.

Whether it is participating in the workforce, GP Appointments, Day programs, traveling on public transport, going shopping, or traveling for leisure, we assist individuals at every step to be the best version of themselves

Assist Travel/Transport (0108)

At Hosanna Care Support, we enable the participants to build and enhance their ability to travel independently.
This support includes training the participants to use the public transport network, along with providing related aids and equipment, and aims at assisting the participants to perform their daily activities. According to the NDIS support plan, a participant’s transport support may also be inclusive of the costs incurred in traveling through public transport, taxis, and other specialist transport arrangements.

Our staff provides the right care and support, to make you feel at home. We assist participants with appropriate transportation services, hence, making sure that they reach their destination safely.

Daily Personal Activities (0107)

This support aims at providing assistance with the daily personal activities, to enable the participants to perform the daily tasks comfortably. At Hosanna Care Support, we assist and supervise the participants with routine tasks including but not limited to personal and oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, bowel management, and menstrual care.
We support and encourage the participants to use the appropriate support aids and appliances like hearing and/or communication aids as recommended when performing daily personal activities.

We ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our participants and make sure they live independently.

Comfort Care Support

Comfort Care Support is a registered NDIS provider, that aims at breaking barriers and works diligently towards enabling the participants to live as autonomously as possible. We offer NDIS support services to individuals with a disability and assist/supervise them regularly to ensure they can live their life their way.
