NDIS

Comfort Care Support (CCS), is an unregistered NDIS provider. However, we do work with participants/Families/Carers who are on self-managed or plan- Managed NDIS funding. Our aim is to ensure that you are empowered and supported in the choices that you make. We will promote and empower you to do the things you love to do such as; learning new skills, shopping, and community access. We are led by you, and our aim is to help you achieve your goals and aspirations.

We offer individuals in-home assistance such as, helping clients with activities in their daily lives, cleaning, washing, showering, and cooking, amongst others. Our staffs are committed to your care plans and work by what your want, how you want, and when you want.
We work with you to ensure your desired goal/s is developed into an individualized care plan that would be developed, to suit all of your needs, leading to a successful achievement of your goals.
